Are you or someone you know in need of a job, wanting a different job, wrestling with whether to make a career change or wondering what type of work to go into? Join us in our ongoing weekly career instruction and encouragement meetings called the Christ Centered Career Group (C3G) . Bring your needs and questions to the meeting. We have experienced workers as well as materials from Crossroads Career that can help wherever you are at with your career. We meet Saturday mornings via Zoom beginning at 9:00am EST and end no later than 10:30am EST. No advance notice is required and there is no cost to attend.

Mike Larson has spent more than three decades in Human Resources, helping organizations attract and develop talent and navigate organizational change. Throughout his career, he has coached leaders at every level and helped companies build stronger, more resilient workforces. Outside of his corporate work, Mike has a long history of volunteering as a job‑search coach. He volunteers with Crossroads, helps veterans via the Hire Heroes network, and has collaborated with other church-based job transition groups. He genuinely enjoys helping people find clarity, direction, and a little hope during career transitions.
