God designed us for community and the career transition process is a time when it is crucial not to try to go it alone. During your transition, have you ever said to yourself “I wish I had someone to talk to that understands what I’m going through”? If so, this is a great opportunity to get connected with others in a similar season of life.
Are you or someone you know in need of a job, wanting a different job, wrestling with whether to make a career change or wondering what type of work to go into? Join us in our ongoing weekly career instruction and encouragement meetings called the Christ Centered Career Group (C3G) . Bring your needs and questions to the meeting. We have experienced workers as well as materials from Crossroads Career that can help wherever you are at with your career. We meet Saturday mornings via Zoom beginning at 9:00am EST and end no later than 10:30am EST. No advance notice is required and there is no cost to attend.

How To Tell Your Story
Executive transition is a moment of heightened visibility where narrative—not credentials—often shapes first judgment. How to Tell Your Story positions storytelling as a strategic leadership tool that creates clarity, confidence, and credibility in moments of change. Rather than treating transition as a detour, the framework reframes it as intentional evolution, helping leaders articulate a clear throughline, define formative inflection points, and translate experience into current, market-relevant value.
