We’re looking for a true go-getter to oversee:

  • A team that services and supports specific business system products and services within a territory and/or an assigned account list, including hardware, document management solutions, and related software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees.
  • Service management experience in the technology industry.
  • Hands-on field technical experience with a vast knowledge digital and electromechanical technology. Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills including the desire to develop and lead a team.

Position Overview

ASI is looking for a Field Operations Coordinator to support our sales and quality management efforts in the New York area. This role connects in-person sales with audit compliance, making sure everything runs smoothly while staying on track with company and regulatory standards. The perfect candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and ready to engage with both customers and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities: 

Conduct in-person meetings with ASI customers 3-4 days per week.

Ensure compliance with regulations in the New York market.

Present and demonstrate ASI products/services to potential customers.

Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to streamline operations.

Perform market audits and evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction and product/service compliance.

Maintain accurate records of customer meetings, sales opportunities, and audit results.

Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, updates, and strategies for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, bank reconciliations, and other financial reports.

Qualifications:

  • Education: CPA preferred, with a background in public accounting.
  • Experience: Experience in real estate accounting is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Avid GL, GAAP, and financial statement preparation. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Qualities: Self-starter, thorough, and analytical with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Expectations:

  • 30/60/90 Day Plan: Initially, you will work on inputting leases, collecting rents, reviewing and approving bills, and preparing financial statements. Eventually, you will take over cash management activities.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with some additional hours during peak times, especially for taxes.

MUST HAVE:

  • CPA preferred, with a background in public accounting.
  • Experience in real estate accounting.
  • Experience in Avid GL, GAAP, and financial statement preparation.
