Community Association Manager

  

Portfolio management of condominium, homeowners, and community associations. Community association managers must be able to manage several properties at a time, acting as the Board's adviser and liaison with both members and vendors. 

Managers are responsible for the financial administration and daily supervision of the properties, to include assessments collection, covenant inspections, and collections as required.


Summary of essential job functions

  • Work in concert with the Board of Directors to the benefit of the communities managed
  • Provide overall managerial and administrative assistance to the portfolio clients
  • Obtain and manage community vendors and/or service providers
  • Develop positive relationships with the portfolio’s Boards and memberships
  • Respond to homeowner concerns and questions in a timely manner
  • Organize  and attend annual membership meetings
  • Attend Board of Director meetings providing technical assistance
  • Demonstrate familiarity with community governing documents 
  • Develop annual budgets
  • Review, understand, and dissipate community financial reports
  • Other tasks as needed or directed

Minimum requirements:

  • Licensed as a Community Association Manager or Real Estate Agent through the Georgia Real Estate Commission (preferred)
  • Prior industry experience  (preferred)
  • Proficiency in written and verbal  communication
  • Demonstration of conflict management
  • Familiarity with Microsoft and web-based technologies
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work occasional nights and Saturdays
